JAI STORY
JAI Software is an innovative software company based in Farmingdale, Maine; a small community about sixty miles north of Portland. A company that was created to provide software solutions for community service programs that centralize all users, data, and processes into one system to simplify how programs are managed and services to clients are provided.
JAI was founded by a team of energy program professionals with over 20 years of experience as program evaluators and software programmers. JAI has continued to remain committed to the programs we serve and have added experienced program administrators, monitors, and technical staff to continually improve the technology and provide top notch services from experienced staff. The first version of ECOS was implemented in 2003 as the state of Maine’s first statewide database solution for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program.
We now offer ECOS as a fully-integrated cloud-based software platform that supports all functions of LIHEAP, WAP and Utility Assistance programs. Our intent is always to find the best path forward together; because your success is our success!
