The Arkansas Economic Development Commission has adopted ECOS to transform their WAP from a decentralized delivery process into a unified, efficient, and growing program. ECOS has provided data and management information to help transform and grow their program.

The Alaska Department of Health and Social Services employed ECOS as the state’s first, Azure Government cloud-based software system to strengthen security and centralize program delivery.

The Washington DC, Department of Energy and the Environment has leveraged the ECOS Platform to meet the goals of tracking energy burden reductions and improve service delivery for their LIHEAP, Weatherization, Solar for All, and Utility Assistance programs.

The Department of Commerce
in Washington State coordinates Housing Improvement Program services through a network of 27 regional agencies. ECOS will allow them to centralize all of their programs, operations, and data into one system. They will be leveraging the central database to take their reporting to new levels!

The Idaho Community Action Association is implementing ECOS to streamline operations for the Weatherization Assitance Program. They are leveraging the central database for real-time access to data and to strengthen their reporting to federal and utility funders.
