JAI Software developers of ECOS, the Energy Community Online System for managing LIHEAP, Weatherization and Energy Auditing programs are pleased to announce they will be exhibiting at NASCSP 2026, the National Association for State Community Services Programs conference in Arlington, Virginia.
NASCSP brings together professionals from across the country who administer the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)—two critical programs that help low-income individuals and families move toward financial independence and energy security. The conference brings together professionals who administer the U. S. Department of Health and Humans Services’ Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) from across the nation to exchange information and focus on specific solutions for stabilizing income and promoting energy security for individuals and families with low-income.
“We’re excited to participate in NASCSP 2026 once again,” stated Director of Client Relations Rhett Eldridge. “JAI has been providing industry leading solutions for Weatherization Management for years, and we’re looking forward to sharing the latest updates to ECOS with conference attendees. We have seen a movement with states looking for a centralized data management system with some states spending tens of millions of dollars to build their own. We hope that states will look at companies like ours who have spent years building a single solution that is offered for a fraction of the costs of building something from scratch!”
